Ashley Roylance

Ashley Roylance is a life-long Alaskan that loves everything this state has to offer. Her parents often say she could dance before she could walk and enrolled her in children’s ballet when she was 6 and she hasn’t stopped dancing since. Through secondary school, Ashley had the opportunity to learn from various dance studios in Anchorage from Children’s Dance Theatre, Dance Spectrum Alaska, Underground Dance Company and Alaska Dance Theatre. In college, she trained under Brian Jeffery at the University of Alaska Anchorage and was a member of UAA Dance Ensemble. Ashley is trained in ballet, modern and contemporary but loves all styles of dance and has taken classes in tango, hip hop and belly dance to expand her skills.  

Ashley joined Momentum Dance Collective in 2021 and loves the artistic diversity and the opportunities available for her to grow and strengthen her dance skills. When Ashley isn’t dancing she is out enjoying nature or socializing with friends and family.
